Shipping

 
We are excited to ship our collection of jewelry directly to you. By placing an order you fully understand and agree to our policies, terms, and conditions. 

So Gold Studios is not responsible for jewelry or other apparel once it has been picked up by the courier and is in transit. Should any issue arise with your shipment or delivery, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to arrange a resolution or claim. 

At checkout you are presented with the option for in-store pickup. Once items are paid for, they are held at So Gold Studios located at 387 Manhattan Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, 11211 for pickup.

PLEASE NOTE: For all pickup orders, please reserve a 'Order or Repair Pickup' appointment online to pickup your pieces ONLY after you receive your notification that your order is ready for pickup. We are a private studio and do not accept walk-ins, including jewelry pickups without prior notice. 

In the event that you have jewelry held for pickup and need for it to be shipped, please reach out to us via email at shop@sogoldstudios.com so that we may cancel your order. Kindly replace your order with the shipping option selected instead so that you can complete payment securely on our website. Thank you!

International Shipping 

So Gold Studios is excited to ship internationally, however we do have terms and conditions in regards to international shipping that you fully understand and agree to when you place an order. You fully understand that shipping costs are determined by the country, carrier, and distance from the United States and that costs may change at any time without notice. 

We currently ship to North and Central America, most of Europe and Asia, and Oceania. We do not ship to the countries of Russia or Saudi Arabia. This list can change at any time for any reason at our discretion. 

We are not responsible for any customs or duties as a result of international shipping. Should you be purchasing for delivery outside of the United States, you fully understand that you will be responsible for any and all additional charges incurred including but not limited to taxes, customs, duties. 

Certain countries may require a customs broker or additional information in order to clear a parcel. By placing an international order, you fully understand and agree that you are responsible for corresponding with your local customs office in order to obtain clearance for your shipment. We are not responsible for any clearance or correspondence with any customs office.
