LIFETIME REPAIR POLICY

All jewelry purchased from So Gold Studios is eligible for our lifetime guarantee. Jewelry is eligible for a free repair or replacement at the studio’s full but fair discretion. Please note that our lifetime repair policy does not cover loss, only repairs to jewelry you currently own that was purchased directly from us. 

To begin a repair claim, we kindly request that you email over your name, original order number, and image of the jewelry to info@sogoldstudios.com with the subject “Repair Request”.

By beginning a repair, you fully understand and agree that you are responsible for the shipping and transit costs in both directions and you fully understand that there is no additional cost for the repair. So Gold Studios does not hold any responsibility for jewelry until it arrives in our studio and is checked in as received by our team, and we cannot be held responsible for any issues during transit. We will work our hardest to make sure your jewelry is returned back to you as quickly as possible, however we are not responsible for any lead time from any company for any reason whatsoever. You fully understand that jewelry companies at the moment in the wake of a COVID-19 worldwide pandemic have extended lead times up to 20 weeks.

RETURN POLICY 

By placing an order with So Gold Studios, you acknowledge and fully agree to our return policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason at any time. We uphold the highest standards of cleanliness to prevent cross contamination with all of our jewelry, and for this reason we cannot accept or restock any jewelry. This is for the ultimate safety of all of our clients.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY 

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours by contacting info@sogoldstudios.com with your name and order number and the subject line "ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION". While not guaranteed, we will work our hardest to make your request happen. We cannot cancel orders once a label has been generated on our end as that means the order has been picked up by the courier and is in transit.
